I will make a listing presentation in which I will give owners a Comparative Market Analysis or CMA. The CMA will outline the proposed sale price, the reason for it, and include a marketing plan explaining how I expect to sell the property.
CMA's can show average and median sale prices, price adjustments, local minimum and maximum sale prices, days on the market, individual closed sales, homes that were listed but did not sell, the best time to sell, the impact of overpricing, etc.
Real Estate Guidance
If you want to be taken seriously by sellers' agents, get the best price, and make sure you don't miss any key steps in the process—or risk a lawsuit—it's better to use a real estate agent than to try to sell your home yourself.
Buying & Listing
There is a lot that goes into the buying and selling process. It is my job to represent you and your best interest. Real Estate Agents in Oregon are required to continue their education while having an active license, meaning that we are aware of the current laws and what is acceptable or not during a transaction. It is my job to protect you and your property/investments. Going at either of these processes can be overwhelming and having me represent you will cut down on that stress exponentially.
